Linguazen aims to be simple and respectful. Here's what we collect, where it sits, and how to remove it.
What we collect
Email + name (managed by Clerk). Your translations, LLM results, vocabulary cards and AI tutor conversations.
Where it sits
PostgreSQL on Hetzner Helsinki servers. Accounts and sessions managed by Clerk.
Who sees what
Your sentences and translations flow through OpenAI (enterprise API) to generate exercises, corrections and chat replies. OpenAI does not use this data to train models.
Your rights (GDPR)
Delete the account anytime from your profile. Delete = DB + Clerk account wiped.
How long we keep them
As long as the account is open. Delete = permanent removal within 30 days.
Cookies
Essential only: Clerk session + locale preference. No advertising tracking.
